Oprah Winfrey is one of my favorite communicators. When she talks, everybody listens. She says everything from her heart and we can feel it in her words. She shares her feelings with her audience that she is speaking to and expresses her honest opinions. I would love to be able to model my communications skills after her. She is spontaneous, has confidence and is a great debater. To be a good communicator, you also have to be a good listener. She not only has good verbal skills but possesses appropriate nonverbal skills as a form of communication. She cries, laughs and uses body language when communicating with her audiences. Her interaction with her audiences speaks for itself. I hope I can communicate and influence people while advocating for young children to have everything they need to be successful in life.
I enjoyed reading who your favorite communicator is and I would say Oprah is an inspiring lady. She is also a very strong lady to look up to but she is a very caring lady. I remember as a child my mom watching her shows everyday and I could tell that she is a wonderful communicator to everyone in our society and very honest lady that loves to help others.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy Oprah also, she is a great communicator. She does seems to know how to gain her audience attention and keep it. Her emotions shows according to the moment. She shows great confidence when communicating.

I have to agree with you that Oprah is a great communicator. When she speaks all listen. She is very positive in general speaking ways. She does speak from the heart.
